Stage Left Theatre Workshop is about to complete its 5th Season of theatre presentations.
In the 5 years we have been in existance, we have presented challenging and engaging pieces of theatre in our small pub theatre space Upstairs @ the Organ Grinder, and now in our new home at Fearon Hall, Loughborough. We have remained true to our aims of offering genuine open access at no cost to all who wish to work with the company.
We have also performed 2 shows which have benefited 2 local charities to the sum of some £1500+, and now our '5 Go Cycling' project has just raised £1000 for LOROS.
Our 5th season has been no different, indeed we aim to expand our work, with the intention of starting Youth Theatre provision which we intend to run in collaboration with Fearon Hall, and also to widen the range of theatre we can produce, with some shows being performed at Fearon Hall, whilst still looking for pub spaces in which we can perform..
Please look back over our past shows and see what people have written about our work and hopefully it will encourage you to not only come and watch our shows, but also to come and work with us in future ventures.
Auditions with 'Stage Left Theatre Workshop' are never about whether you will get a part, it is always about what part you get. Shows can generally be adapted to accomodate those who would like to work on them, all we ask of people is commitment.
